Sustainability Consultancy – Construction Stage

Project Summary

This integrated three-building complex within Diriyah Gate brings together an educational library, a cultural museum, and the King Salman Foundation Headquarters under a unified architectural vision. The facility functions as a dynamic knowledge hub offering an inclusive learning environment, an extensive physical and digital collection, and world-class immersive visitor experiences that celebrate Saudi Arabia’s scholarly and cultural heritage.

Conserve facilitated the Construction Stage sustainability certification process for both LEED v4 BD+C and MOSTADAM D+C Gold ratings, coordinating documentation across the three interconnected buildings. Our services covered sustainable procurement tracking, indoor environment quality management, construction waste reporting, occupant health and wellbeing measures, and full MEP commissioning verification-ensuring seamless certification delivery across the entire campus.
